HELENE THIBIEROZ
Hélène is a technologist and business entrepreneur who thrives on uncovering solutions to complex problems through a merger of technology, business and environment. She has worked with a large portfolio of startups and is a multiple-time founder herself. As an advisor in green technology and sustainability, she has supported entrepreneurs at several prestigious incubators and accelerators, including Clean Tech Open, Samsung XTC, 3DS, Techstars Innovation of the Future, Sustainable Ocean Alliance, Aramco Innovation of Excellence, Silicon Catalyst, and UC Berkeley’s Sutardja Center for Entrepreneurship & Technology. She is also a distinguished speaker in green technology, having presented at global business conferences such as the Samsung Forum, the Biomimicry Institute, and other international platforms.

Anya Gandy is a sustainability leader with experience spanning tech, consulting, and agriculture. She is the Global Regenerative Agriculture Lead at Kearney, and previously managed Sustainability & Corporate Strategy at Inari Agriculture. Earlier, she worked at Google’s Launchpad accelerator, advancing renewable energy and supporting climate-tech startups. Anya also serves on the net zero institute Advisory Board and the Andrew Goodman Foundation’s Sustainability Board
MICHAEL SOBOLIK

Mike Sobolik has spent over 20 years working with early-stage software, energy, and healthcare companies to scale operations and enter new markets. He has developed an extensive network of market maker resources in India and Emerging Markets to enable clients to align their technology with government priorities, and to drive solutions that enable efficiency, scale, and reach into markets that are typically very challenging to enter.

Franz Nowak works at the intersection of deep-tech innovation and industrial scale-up, focusing on turning early-stage energy technologies into bankable commercial assets. Over a 30-year career that has included leadership roles at Honeywell UOP, Elevance Renewables, LanzaTech, and LanzaJet and connecting technical research with real-world industrial execution. Today, he focuses on helping hard-tech climate founders navigate the challenges of First-of-a-Kind (FOAK) hardware deployment, reducing risk on the path from pilot projects to full commercial scale

ENVIRONMENTAL MARKETS & DECARBONIZATION
Jeff is global expert on carbon credits strategy, energy transition, and energy efficiency. He co‑founded Xpansiv, the world’s largest environmental commodity marketplace and meta‑registry for carbon credits and renewable energy certificates and Fiùtur, aiding transparency for asset‑level environmental performance. Previously, Jeff managed federal air programs at the EPA, authored multiple GHG protocols adopted in carbon markets, contributed to IPCC work recognized by the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize, and served on the White House Energy Task Force.

Eda is a Senior R&D Engineer developing advanced materials to improve the durability, and cost-effectiveness of carbon capture technologies. She holds an M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry and a Ph.D. in Polymer Chemistry, with postdoctoral research in Chemical Engineering and Chemistry at CWRU and UC Davis. Her expertise spans materials design, CO₂ capture and conversion, and redox flow batteries, plus industry experience in adhesives and automotive coatings. Experienced applying research-driven innovation to scalable tech solutions.
