HELENE THIBIEROZ

Hélène is a technologist and business entrepreneur who thrives on uncovering solutions to complex problems through a merger of technology, business and environment. She has worked with a large portfolio of startups and is a multiple-time founder herself. As an advisor in green technology and sustainability, she has supported entrepreneurs at several prestigious incubators and accelerators, including Clean Tech Open, Samsung XTC, 3DS, Techstars Innovation of the Future, Sustainable Ocean Alliance, Aramco Innovation of Excellence, Silicon Catalyst, and UC Berkeley’s Sutardja Center for Entrepreneurship & Technology. She is also a distinguished speaker in green technology, having presented at global business conferences such as the Samsung Forum, the Biomimicry Institute, and other international platforms.

ANYA GANDY

SENIOR ADVISOR-SUSTAINABILITY STRATEGY

Anya Gandy is a sustainability leader with experience spanning tech, consulting, and agriculture. She is the Global Regenerative Agriculture Lead at Kearney, and previously managed Sustainability & Corporate Strategy at Inari Agriculture. Earlier, she worked at Google’s Launchpad accelerator, advancing renewable energy and supporting climate-tech startups. Anya also serves on the net zero institute Advisory Board and the Andrew Goodman Foundation’s Sustainability Board

MICHAEL SOBOLIK

SENIOR ADVISOR - MARKET ENTRY, GOVERNMENT RELATIONS, AND STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS IN INDIA AND EMERGING MARKETS

Mike Sobolik has spent over 20 years working with early-stage software, energy, and healthcare companies to scale operations and enter new markets. He has developed an extensive network of market maker resources in India and Emerging Markets to enable clients to align their technology with government priorities, and to drive solutions that enable efficiency, scale, and reach into markets that are typically very challenging to enter.

Debosmit specializes in evaluating early-stage ventures, guiding product-market fit, and driving scalable growth. A former software developer, he built, scaled, and sold three tech products. Experienced assessing product viability, competitive positioning, and innovation potential for VCs, Family Offices, and Accelerators. He supports portfolio companies through the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams and partners. His global experience spans Asia Pacific, the US, EU, and the Middle East, where he has shaped investment theses, streamlined go-to-market strategies, and ensured alignment with business goals.

ALLONA KAGAN

PARTNER IN IGNITING COLLECTIVE ACTION FOR PLANETARY AND HUMAN HEALTH

Allona holds degrees from UC Berkeley and Columbia University and has spent over 30 years in the art world as a gallery owner, collector advisor, and curator of international exhibitions. She is also the author of two novels, including the Amazon bestseller The Weaver, and sees storytelling as a way to connect personal purpose with planetary well-being. When not writing, she draws inspiration from long hikes in nature.

ROSANGEL LEBRON

SENIOR ADVISOR CIRCULAR STRATEGY & INNOVATION

Rosangel is a circularity advisor focused on strengthening the resilience and competitive advantage of green technologies. She holds a PhD with published research focused on Circular Economy, Circular Business, and Just Transitions, helping organizations operate more efficiently, reduce waste, and unlock new revenue streams. At WGGT, she supports the mission by advising on circular business models, resource efficiency, and sustainable operations.

EDA CAGLI

SENIOR ADVISOR FOR TECHNOLOGY FOR CLIMATE SOLUTIONS AND SUSTAINABLE MATERIALS

Eda is a Senior R&D Engineer developing advanced materials to improve the durability, and cost-effectiveness of carbon capture technologies. She holds an M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry and a Ph.D. in Polymer Chemistry, with postdoctoral research in Chemical Engineering and Chemistry at CWRU and UC Davis. Her expertise spans materials design, CO₂ capture and conversion, and redox flow batteries, plus industry experience in adhesives and automotive coatings. Experienced applying research-driven innovation to scalable tech solutions.

JONH DAGLEISH

John is a veteran engineer and project leader with 40+ years of experience spanning offshore energy, subsea systems, and large-scale infrastructure. After senior roles at Texaco, Chevron, and Ocean Energy, he now advises on renewable and sustainable solutions. His recent work includes geothermal and solar home systems, algae-to-bioplastics, onshore wave energy, and CO₂ capture technologies. He brings deep technical expertise and a track record of delivering complex projects to accelerate the transition toward cleaner, more resilient energy systems.

Maxwell Utter is an environmental compliance and climatology expert currently serving in the United States Coast Guard. He is passionate about reducing our environmental footprint and using the best available technology to advance the human condition.
